This research tries to approach critically the aconcept of modernization in Literature being a problematic area necessitates various continuos inquires , every one of which can be a dilamma has implied different artistic disadvantages and distorted artistic values which imply comflicting difference that doesn't cope with any kind of difference which longs for accurateness and truth.

The study presents nearly a reconcilation between all contrastive meanings related to the term ' modernization ' by which the researcher approaches a responsive a chievemint to the Arabic mentality and his atistic taste along with its theories, aspirations , heritage , reality or even agony and torture , in a time in which some of our literary men could not confront that forgein thinkers who practised on us their explainations and hypotheses and even their choices .

Hence , this paper gives an example of defeat to the western thought related to the modernizational concepts with all of its negative interpretations.
