Abstract EN

This study aims to demonstrate the impact of corporate governance on the degree of financial and administrative corruption in general public shareholding institutions in the state of Saida/Algeria.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study in accordance with scientific methodology, we paved the study through most prominent corporate governance theoretical concepts as well as the financial and administrative corruption within corporation and collect, treat and analyze ten (10) questionnaires about public stock companies within Saida state, via search in the availability of their governance mechanisms and study the symptoms and causes of corruption within it.

Accordingly, the search has come to note the negative relationship between the application of corporate governance and financial and administrative corruption.
