Abstract EN

The research aims to study and analyze the factors affecting the acceptance ofemployees (in private schools) for electronic management.

Staff includes managers andassistants.

The study uses some factors of the technological acceptance model suitable forthe study and the research community.

Each factor was investigated individually and thecorrelation of factors was studied.

Sixty-five questionnaires were distributed to facultymembers in secondary schools, and 15 were excluded for not answering all questionsfully.

The results showed that the perceived benefit factor of electronic management wasmore weight than other factors.

Research is recommended to increase reliance onelectronic management in the research community and increase awareness of theimportance of electronic management and the organization of training courses for
