Abstract EN

The main objective of the current research is to try to reach the most prominent proposals to address the obstacles of the management of public secondary schools in the State of Kuwait in the light of the comprehensive quality approach.

The current research has used the descriptive approach because of its relevance to the nature of the current research.

In order to achieve some of the objectives of the research, the researcher designed a questionnaire presented to the principals and teachers in some general secondary education schools in order to identify the most important aspects of the state of Kuwait.

Deficiencies that afflict secondary school management in Kuwait and how to overcome them in the light of the overall quality of the entrance.
