In this paper, we construct MacDonald codes of type ® and ¯ over the ring F2 + uF2 where u2 = 0 and we study Gray image properties, torsion code, weight distribution.
Finally we obtain linear binary codes by Gray map.
These codes are extensions of MacDonald codes over the ring Z4 which are studied in [7]
