The current research aimed to identify The Effect Of Two Collaborative Styles (synchronous/ asynchronous) In Flipped Learning Environment In cognitive achievement and Developing Instructional Design Skills among students of the Department of Educational Technology and Computer, The research sample was randomly selected from the fourth year students in Educational Technology Department at the Faculty of Specific Education at the University of Menoufia divided into two experimental groups.

The research tools were prepared (the achievement test - the skill performance observation).

After the application of the research tools and experimental treatments on the selected sample, the results of the search refer to that there are statistically significant differences between Average scores The students of the first experimental group that studying by Synchronous Collaboration In Flipped Learning Environment, and the second experimental group that studying by AsynchronousCollaboration In Flipped Learning Environment In cognitive achievement and skill performance In favor of the first experimental group.
