يتفاعل النيتريل إيمين (4a-c)- الذي يحضر من كلوريدات الهيدرازونيل (3a-c)- مع 2-أمينو بيرازين (5) و كذلك المشتق الحامضي له 3-أمينو بيرازين-2-الحامض الكربوكسيلي (6)، حيث يعطي هذا التفاعل بشكل مباشر الناتج المطلوب من إميدازو [1.2-a] بيرازين (7.8) على التوالي.
و قد تم التحقق من بناءات هذه المركبات من خلال دراسة المعلومات الطيفية لها مثل IR, MS, NMR.
Abstract EN
Nitrilimines (4a-c), react with 2-aminopyrazine (5), and its 2-carboxylic acid derivative (6) by cyclocondensation, yielding the corresponding imidazo[1,2- a]pyrazines (7 and 8), respectively.
The assignment of structures of the new compounds (7, 8) was based on their IR, MS and NMR spectral data.
