تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة المورد البشري في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة و ذلك من خلال دراسة حالة مؤسسة الاسمنت بحجار السود و قد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على الاستمارة كأداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات المتعلقة بأهداف الدراسة حيث خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك تأثير واضح لأداء الموارد البشرية على عملية تحقيق التنمية المستدامة إذ يعد المورد البشري الوسيلة و الغاية من عملية التنمية المستدامة
Abstract EN
This study aims to identify the contribution of the human resource to achieving sustainable development, our case study was hedjar Soud Company, and we have designed a questionnaire as an essential tool to gather data concerning study objectives.
the study has concluded that there is an obvious impact of human resources performance on sustainable development achievement, thus the human resource is considered as the way and the purpose in sustainable development process.
