Abstract EN

For a long period, Algerian institutions have relied on classical methods that highlighted the slow hand processing of administrative work, which indirectly led to the disruption of the relationship between the administration and the citizen in Algeria.

In order to keep up with the technology on one hand, and to provide a public service that responds to the citizens' aspirations and needs on the other hand, and to reconsider the relationship between the citizen and the sector, the authorities concerned must adopt and implement radical reforms to the sectors that provide services in line with current requirements.

In this context, this article aims to highlight the role that ICT plays in improving service with the citizen, the study recommended strengthening the direction of the banking administration on investing in technology systems in banks and creating banking cultures based on technologies and electronic media.
