This article aims to clarify the role and responsibility of human resources management in selecting the right person for the job of whatever type it is through the process of analyzing, describing and designing the job by drawing its features, features and requirements in order to place the right individual in the right place according to his skills, knowledge, capabilities, and scientific level.

Practical and cognitivee most important results that have been reached through the case study is that the one who studies the relationship of job analysis is well aware of its importance in developing the human resources of the organization, and from this standpoint the institution must prepare this in an optimal way that guarantees it an adequate human resource.
