Abstract EN

The purpose of this research paper is to analyze the role of group collective in developing the creative capabilities of human resources, by defining the conceptual framework for collective learning and creative capabilities, Then building a network of relationships between collective learning in its dimensions (work teams, shared vision, sharing knowledge) and creative capabilities.

Using the structured interview with a sample of the high-skilled workers of the Saidal group as a model for the industrial goups active in the pharmaceutical industry in Algeria, Based on a qualitative analysis of the content of the interviews has found out the reality of collective learning in developing creative abilities.

Finally, the study reached a basic conclusion that collective learning contributes to developing creative capabilities in the Saidal group through the development of cognitive and technical capabilities.
