Abstract EN

Summary: this article aims at showing the methological sides which should be considered in the domain of education when teaching shari'ha sciences.

This shall be done through the view of an eminent scientist in the Islam West: Abou Al Aych Mohammed ben Abd Rahim-Tilimsani.

This scientist was surely aware that the teaching act in an art that has its regulations, competencies and methodologies.

To show this, he has set some pedagogical directions through wich he has emphasized the importance of a lot of elements.

The teaching/ learning act should be purposeful; and we ought to give meaning to the acquired knowledge by linking it to reality.

Then, establishing concepts and building knowledge should be achieved gradually.

He has also shown the importance of guiding and directing the learner in his search for knowledge.

Moreover, when treating the rising difficulties and problems, we should consider the learner's psychology.

Hence comes the importance of controlling the relationships among all interferers in the teaching/ learning operation.

Along with the above-mentioned, we should give a special care to the moral side when teaching and getting knowledge.

And to benefit from what has been learned and to motivate the learner, we should show or be an example.
