The first topic took, research problem.

The biologicalscience considers as the one of most important material among the pure sciences, according to the decisions of ministry of Education to be one of the curriculums, which are found in secondary schools of Republic of Iraq.

Teachers who are responsible to teach this material, consider as a special ones, because its special difficult nature.

And how it needs unique scientific effort and constant and contain research objective((Collected the needed social competences to develop the performance ofbiological science teacher insecondary schoolsof Salah –Al– DinGovernorate.

While the second topic of the research studied the historical background and the previous similar studies, like the study of(Pratt), (Page), (Crane)and the studies of(Cyrus)and (Butzow).

The third topic studied the use of the suggested training program as a self- education manner and the features of the program, justifications, scientific goals, initial evaluation, and program content….

While the forth topic studied the research inferences which are: The Iraqi society and all its scientific associations looks forward about training within the service, because it is the most important tool to active the teaching achievement.

And the research recommendations, the researcher focused on update the social psychology material, in the curricular of colleges of education and of colleges of teachers.
