تتفاعل أمينات النيترايل (2) مع ميثوكسي كاربونيل هيدرازونات الألدهيدات (3-5) لتعطي مركبات 3-أسيتيل-5-الكيل-1-أريل-4، 5-ثنائي هيدرو-4-(ميثوكسي كاربونيل أمينو)-1، 2، 4-ترايازولات (6-8).
و قد تم تحديد بنى هذه المركبات من خلال دراسة أطيافها المختلفة مثل طفيف الأشعة تحت الحمراء و طيف الكتلة و أطياف الرنين النووي المغناطيسي.
Abstract EN
Nitrilimines (2a-e) react with aldehyde methoxycarbonylhydrazones (3-5) to afford 3-acetyl-5-alkyl-1-aryl-4- (methoxycarbonylamino)-4, 5-dihydro-1H-1, 2, 4-triazoles (6-8a-e).
The structure of these compounds was elucidated by IR, MS and NMR spectral data.
