The goal of this research is to explore the effect of the ERP system implementation on some aspects of service quality in the Egyptian telecommunications organizations.
The results of the research implied that there is significant impact of ERP system implementation on some aspects of service quality model that include tangible aspects of service, reliability and assurance.
