Is designed to detect the current Seeking the application of regulatory symmetry from the standpoint of the faculty and to find out that there were statistically significant differences depending on the variable type and specialty faculty and scientific title, he has built a researcher regulatory symmetry scale annexation measure three areas, was chosen as a sample of (353) pedagogy The teaching style class random by (274) teaching and (79) teaching, and was checking the veracity of the scale indicators virtual honesty and the relationship of Para-class faculty of the scale was the scale firming two flicks account are testing and re-testing and worth (0.85) and Alvakronbach and value (0.83 ), and after the application consisting of 37 paragraphs of the scale on the sample and calculate grades and statistical analysis program statistical package for psychological and social research (spss) using Altai a test of one sample, and analysis of variance triangular interaction, it was the most important results as follows: enjoy the heads of scientific departments in colleges University of Wasit from the viewpoint of faculty high degree in the application of regulatory symmetry, and the lack of difference in the variables of gender and scientific title and specialty faculty from the standpoint of the teaching staff, and there is no trace of the interactions between the (sex and Colleges specialty title scientific) together in the degree of application of the regulatory symmetry from the perspective of the teaching staff, and in the light of the search results have been reached several conclusions and suggestions and recommendations.
