Abstract EN

The question which always poses itself is about the boundaries which separate the poetic from the prosaic in many of creative writings, especially those which fuse them.

Accordingly, this question is adopted as an introduction to study the texts presented by the Andalusian poet Ibn Khafaja who incorporated the prosaic and the poetic in one text.

Thus, he wanted assure the recipient that the creative experience exceeds by itself the boundaries of the literary genres in addition to the emphatic reference to the overlapping of the prosaic and the poetic in one creative work in the realm of reception.

All in all, I found that Ibn Khafaja constituted a turning point in enriching the Andalusian and Arabic creative texts alike.

The fusion of the prosaic and the poetic in one literary text moves between the development of meaning and its death.

Therefore, the research is divided into : 1.
