The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of collaborative applications via web in developing some mathematical skills of secondary school students, The study was conducted on a sample of (60) students divided into two groups, one experimental and one control, one experimental (30) students, the other a student (30), Measurement tools included: an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspects of skills, and a note Card performance to measure the mathematical performance of the power and logarithms unit, The researcher used (SPSS) to analyze the results; Independent Samples Test (t) to compare the average scores and the performance rate between the experimental and control in the post achievement test and the performance rate for the groups, And Pired Samples Test (T) to compare the average scores and the performance rate in the achievement test and the performance rate for the students of pre and post test to experimental group, The research found that students who used participatory software across the web were better at gaining the cognitive and mathematical aspects of the unit of power and logarithms than students who studied in the usual way.
