Learning and teaching the language and knowing its secrets and the hidden laws that are subject to it is not as easy as many of us think today, explaining the learning process and clarifying its facts and to identify the nature and conditions and factors affecting them is a civilization requirement and a prerequisite.

From this logic, the paper seeks to shed light on the institutions that are most effective in teaching the activities of the Arabic language - I mean, pre-school social institutions - by identifying their contributions to the collection, and the most important obstacles and discourage this achievement.
