Abstract EN

The Study aimed at building a program based on reading Apprenticeship approach for developing the habits of the productive mind among the students of the faculties of education.

To achieve this goal, the researcher prepared two Scales of the habits of the mind in reading and writing.

for Measure These Habits .

Each of the Scale consisted of fortysix measured five habits of mind, then the researcher built the program based on reading Apprenticeship approach.

The study applied to seventyfour of the first section of the basic education students in Qena Faculty of Education .The researcher adopted the experimental design of the same group with tribal and post-tribal measurement.

The study results revealed of the effectiveness of the program based on reading Apprenticeship Approach for developing of habits of the productive mind among the students of the faculties of education in general & the effectiveness it has in particular sub habits of mind among the students.

The study recommended the need to include the habits of the mind in the teaching methods of teaching the Arabic language, and the training of teachers of Arabic language and its teachers at the entrance to the school of learning strategies.
