The study aimed at exploring the barriers of using Blended Learning faced by instructors department of history and geograhy at College Education of Humanities- University of Karbala, To achieve the aim of the research the researcher depend in this study on the descriptive methods approach survey ,The sample of the study was (52) Members, The questionnaire as the tool for the research, the questionnaire in its final version consisted of the (22) items, its psychometric characteristics, i.e.: its validity and stability.

After that the questionnaire was applied on the elementary sample of the study The appropriate statistical analyses were Used Pearson correlation coefficient, Spearman Brown equation, arithmetic mean, standard deviation.

Results of the study revealed that the hindrances which by the instructors at College Education of Humanities University of Karbala arrived at a very high degree numbered (8) hindrances, while the hindrances that were a high degree were (7) hindrances, and there is (7) items which was at a medium degree.

The results showed that the (Mean=3.76) ,arithmetic mean(75.27) and standard deviation (1.23) ,hindrances using Blended Learning as Viewed by instructors department of history and geograhy at College Education of Humanities- University of Karbala was high, In the light of the results of the study a number of recommendations and The suggestions.
