Abstract EN

This study aimed to highlight the effect of the basic training that secondary education teachers undergo on the social relations of the educational community, by conducting a field study in some secondary schools in the city of Djelfa from the teachers 'point of view, as the study included four secondary schools and the questionnaire was distributed to 122 teachers, and the curriculum was relied upon.

Descriptive and analytical in the study, and the study concluded that there are two types of basic training for teachers before their employment, from university graduates and high school graduates to teachers, and each type has an impact on the nature of the social relations of the educational community, and in class and extra-curricular interactions and activities.
