E-Learning has become an imposed reality with the outbreak of the Corona virus and its transformation from year to year, which makes it difficult to find a clear and permanent treatment for it, and in the face of this reality, most universities found themselves facing the option of imposing E-Learning, we tried, through our study, to search for the reality of E-Learning and the most important obstacles.

For this reason we prepared a questionnaire faced by students, professors, or administration at the University Center of Tipaza, we divided it into axes dealing with various aspects of E-Learning, and our study concluded by highlighting the importance of providing the necessary supplies and providing internet networks at the university, in addition to subjecting the two parties to the educational system To enable them to deal smoothly with the equipment and means of education and modern methods of evaluation.
