Abstract EN

This study aims to analyze the existing links between HRM practices, perceived organizational support (POS) and organizational commitment of employees in the banking sector.

Based on a descriptive approach, a qualitative study was conducted with a sample of 23 employees.

The data collected during interviews conducted with an interview guide show that perceptions of three major HRM practices (training, remuneration and career management) have an influence on the dimensions (affective, normative and continuance) of the commitment of these employees.
