The study aimed to know The relationship of the applied human resources development strategy to improving the performance of the administrative staff in Massaad City Hospital from the point of view of the administrative staff.

The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, and the questionnaire tool was distributed, with a comprehensive survey of all elements of the study population, estimated at 63 individuals, and the Spss program was used to unpack and analyze the data, and the results concluded that the human resource development strategy is applied at a medium level.

There is no statistically significant correlation for the two processes of continuous training and career path development in improving the performance of the administrative staff
