تزايد اهتمام المؤسسات الحديثة بالتدريب نظرا لارتباطه المباشر بالمورد البشري فهو يساهم في اكتساب العمال مهارات جديدة متعلقة بطبيعة عملهم و تحسين أداء العمل بطريقة أفضل بجهد أقل بالإضافة إلى رفع الروح المعنوية و روح التعاون من خلال المشاركة الجماعية و منه يساهم في رفع أداء المؤسسة و تطويرها.
و هذا يعد من أولويات المؤسسة الجزائرية فهي تحاول باستمرار مواكبة الظروف الجديدة بما يتماشى و متطلبات اقتصاد السوق الذي بدوره يملي على المؤسسات شروطا تجعلها تثبت نجاحها أو فشلها.
و تعتبر تنمية الموارد البشرية أحد الوظائف الهامة التي تشغل الإدارة العليا في المؤسسة من خلال العمل على زيادة فاعلية الموارد البشرية المتاحة لديها و بذل المزيد من الجهود الفعالة في مجال التدريب و التنمية مع توفير كافة الإمكانيات المادية و البشرية لزيادة فاعلية التدريب مما يكون له الدور الإيجابي في الارتقاء بمستوى الأداء و زيادة الإنتاج و الاستمرار
Abstract EN
The increasing interest of modern institutions in training because of its direct link with the human resource, it contributes to the acquisition of new skills by workers related to the nature of their work, In addition to raising the morale and spirit of cooperation through collective participation, and from it contributes to raising the performance of the institution and development.
This is one of the priorities of the Algerian institution.
It is constantly trying to keep abreast of the new conditions in line with the requirements of the market economy, which in turn dictates to the institutions conditions that prove their success or failure.
The development of human resources is one of the important functions that occupy the senior management of the institution by working to increase the effectiveness of human resources available to it, and to make more effective efforts in the field of training and development with the provision of all material and human resources to increase the effectiveness of training which has a positive role in raising the level of performance and increase production and continuity.
Key words: Training - Human ressources development - Technical training - Psychosocial training.

L'entreprise moderne algérienne donne actuellement donne actuellement un grand intérêt toujours renouvelé à l'apprentissage aux ressources humaines, cet apprentissage permet aux travailleurs de l'entreprise d'acquérir des capacités nouvelles en rapport avec la nature de leur travail comme elle permet d'améliorer le rendement.
C'est une action qui procure aux travailleurs la satisfaction sur le plan psychologique et développe chez eux l'esprit de la solidarité au sein du groupe.
Pour l'entreprise cet apprentissage constitue à l'heure actuelle une priorité pour son innovation celle-ci essaye continuellement de s'adopter par cette action au changement afin de répondre aux exigences de l'économie de marché.
En effet le développement des ressources humaines est considéré comme une action qui préoccupe la direction de l'entreprise.
Celle-ci fournit tous les efforts en faveur de cette action en procurant tous les moyens matériels nécessaires afin d'améliorer le rendement et de permettre l'innovation et la durabilité de l'entreprise.
