Therefore, the organizations are working to adopt their human resources programs as an investment for these resources in the future.

By drawing on the study of their needs, to determine their objectives accurately in order to chart the right way to help achieve these goals, especially that these programs require high costs so must be studied the costs and the returns required before the implementation of this type of programs.
