Abstract EN

Dubbing is an art to itself with technical feats and sometimes, a great deal of talent.

This paper approaches dubbing history in cinema with an overview of its role in transmission of sense when it comes to a literary cinematographic adaptation.

Nevertheless, the switch from the original version to a French one (for example), as in the past, implies the recording and reproducing the sound.

However, from a perspective as polemical as literary adaptation, the issue of sense transmission increases significantly.
