This study came to find out the prevailing leadership style among managers in Syrian organizations operating from Turkey and the extent of its impact on the cohesion of the teams, the study concluded that there is no prevailing leadership style among managers in Syrian organizations operating from Turkey and this indicates their use of a mixed style of all styles at the same time, which is known as the leadership pattern in some situations turn managers to the authoritarian pattern and when they feel the possibility of facing problems on the part of workers resort to the democratic or free style and so on The study recommended that managers in Syrian organizations be Follow to training courses in administrative leadership and their theories and patterns to increase their effectiveness in leadership.
