Abstract EN

This research is concerned with studying the rulings of al-Akhras in the Friday sermon, and it aims to clarify the ruling on the presence of al-Akhras during the Friday sermon, and the ruling on Friday being held in it within the number, and to clarify the sayings of scholars in listening to the mute and engaging in dhikr during the Friday sermon, explaining the rules that fall under it, and explaining the rule of the sign of al-Akhras during the sermon Friday.

In this research, I followed the inductive approach in collecting information and sayings, and the deductive method in the study and the comparison between statements and the weighting between them, and mentioned the received statements and evidence about the issue and discussed it in order to reach the most correct opinion on the issue according to the strength of the evidence that they inferred from their statements.

It concluded with several conclusions, the most important of which are: The mute adult male who enjoys his mental powers must witness the Friday prayer like other speakers, but if the mute is among the excuses such as being a boy, woman, sick, or traveler, then he goes out of those who are obligated on Friday.

Likewise, the authenticity to which the Hanafis, Malikis, and Shafi'is went in the face, and the Hanbalis to the Friday session, with the presence of the deaf in the number in which the Friday is held, and the sign language is one of the evidence considered by Sharia according to the jurists, and it takes the place of the phrase on the correct, provided that it is understood until It takes the place of speech, just as the sayings of scholars in the sign during the sermon were divided between supporters and opponents, and the correct one is who said that the sign is forbidden and excluded the reference to the need or to silence a speaker.
