The paper highlighted knowledge capital before and after the pondemic, through a review of its most important human and structural components of the Two States of China and the United States of America, with the aim of analyzing some of the central dimensions of knowledge capital and identifying the most important potential threats to the Corona pandemic.

Using the comparative approach, we analyzed some data and information related to the study, we found that there is a great interest for both countries on the importance of intangible assets, and the epidemic to date has not posed a clear threat in the short term, there is a slight decline in some human and innovation indicators, which clearly explains that the plans and strategies of the two countries are focused to protect and enhance the role of knowledge capital
