تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور إدارة الموارد البشرية في إدارة التغيير التنظيمي وللوصول إلى هذه الغاية تم توزيع 15 استمارة استبيان على عينة البحث التي تتمثل في مؤسسات عامة و خاصة SPSS.
بولاية قسنطينة و تم تحليلها باستخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية.
قد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنه رغم الجهود المبذولة من طرف إدارة الموارد البشرية لهذه المؤسسات لإدارة التغيير تظل غير مواكبة لهذه الفلسفة الناشئة
Abstract EN
The purpose of this study is to identify the role of human resources management in managing organizational change, and to reach this, 15 questionnaires were distributed on public and private institutions as samples in the state of Constantine and then were analyzed using the SPSS software.
The study revealed that despite the efforts made by the human resources department of these institutions to manage change, they do not keep pace with this emerging philosophy

Cette étude vise à identifier le rôle de la gestion des ressources humaines dans la gestion du changement organisationnel, et pour y parvenir, 15 questionnaires ont été distribués sur des institutions échantillons publiques et privées de la wilaya de Constantine qui ont été ensuite analysés à l'aide du logiciel SPSS.
L'étude a révélé que malgré les efforts déployés par le service des ressources humaines de ces institutions pour gérer le changement, elles ne suivent pas cette philosophie émergente.
