Improving service's quality becomes one of the most important elements for creating and developing competitive advantages in the markets in order to either maintain or develop the enterprise's market share.

Queue management considered now as a very important aspects for the integrated system of service's quality.

So this is what made the services providers strive to have the shortest waiting line aiming to increase the consumer satisfaction level and enhancing the service's quality.

Queue management system can be considered as mathematical models that determine the case's performance measurement including the average waiting time and average length of the line.
