تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن الثقافة التنظيمية السائدة داخل مقر بلدية عين الملح و علاقتها بتحقيق التنمية المستدامة كدراسة ميدانية بمقر بلدية عين الملح حيث تكونت مجتمع الدراسة من 144 موظف المختارة بطريقة المسح الشامل و مستخدمين في ذلك المنهج الوصفي و لغرض جمع البيانات تم تعديل مقياسين لمتغير الثقافة التنظيمية و متغير التنمية المستدامة وتم التأكد من صدقهما و ثباتهما باستخدام برنامج (SPSS 23)-و باستعمال مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية.
حيث أظهرت نتائج الدراسة على وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين أبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية المتمثلة في (قيم العدالة- قيم الانتماء- قيم التعاون- قيم الاحترام) منفردة و مجتمعة و تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.
Abstract EN
The current study aims to reveal the prevailing organizational culture within the headquarters of the municipality of Ain El - Melh and its relationship to achieving sustainable development, as a field study at the headquarters of the municipality of Ain El -Melh where the study community consisted of 144 employees selected in a comprehensive survey method, and users in that descriptive approach, and for the purpose of data collection two measures of variable were modified Organizational culture and the sustainable development variable, and their validity and reliability were confirmed using the SPSS 23 program - and using a set of statistical methods.
Where the results of the study showed that there is a correlation between the dimensions of organizational culture represented in (values of justice - values of belonging - values of cooperation - values of respect) individually and collectively and achieving sustainable development

La présente étude vise à révéler la culture organisationnelle en vigueur au siège de la municipalité d'Ain El-Melh et sa relation avec la réalisation du développement durable, en tant qu'étude de terrain au siège de la municipalité d'Ain El-Melh où la communauté d'étude était composée de 144 employés sélectionnés dans une méthode d'enquête complète, et les utilisateurs dans cette approche descriptive et aux fins de la collecte de données, deux mesures de la variable ont été modifiées Culture organisationnelle et la variable de développement durable, et leur validité et leur fiabilité ont été confirmées à l'aide du programme SPSS 23 - et en utilisant un ensemble de méthodes statistiques.
