The current research aims to identify a program based on psychological security standards in developing the professional performance of psychology teachers.

The necessary psychological security standards for secondary school psychology teachers were identified, which were represented in (emotional balance-psychological adjustment-professional compatibility-technological awareness-relationships Positive with others-self-discovery), and determining the professional performances that must be developed among psychology teachers at the secondary school, which are represented in (planning performances-executive performances-specialized performances-technological performances-social performances-ethical performances).

The study tools consisted of an achievement test and observation form To measure the cognitive and performance side of psychology teachers.
