With the end of the French material military presence in Algeria, a historical period whose main title was settlement and domination ended, and the beginning of a second phase known historically as the liquidation of colonialism, where the Algerian liberation revolution led to one of the most important epics of the twentieth century through the defeat of the most powerful colonial empires alongside the British empire.

in front of this new scene, it was necessary to seriously search for new mechanisms that would ensure the colonial continuation in its new dress, as planned since the second half of the forties of the twentieth century, when the choice was made to link independence with cooperation in various fields, provided that France would be the first.

among those areas: the cultural field, where the French opinion has settled to continue through the school, since its outputs serve the French orientation, and ultimately serve the higher interest of France.

culturally and linguistically, French has become the language of administration and interaction.

politically, most of the elites were formed within the walls of the school, and the genetic map of most Algerian politicians has placed their features behind the walls of French-oriented educational institutions, and economically, the economic rule stipulates that whoever speaks a language consumes its products, which is practically achieved since the beginnings the first independence.
