Abstract EN

This study is concerned with tracking the cultural challenges affecting the jurisprudential view in the countries of Muslim minorities, with an indication of the role of Islamic jurisprudence in addressing or mitigating it, one of the studies that combines Islamic culture with contemporary systems on the one hand, and jurisprudence and its origins on the other hand.

Descriptive serving the hard-working in the field of minority jurisprudence; where Allah Almighty revealed this religion to be a mercy to the worlds, and since the conditions of Muslims fluctuate over time between weakness and strength, capacity and compulsion, the provisions of the Sharia came wide and realistic, and comprehensive medium, which represents an aspect of the miracle of legislation of this great religion.
