Abstract EN

The research is a study of the Moallaq-suspended- "without Serial of narrators" hadiths mentioned in Sahib Muslim, and the importance of the research lies in the position of Sahih Muslim among the Hadith books, and the importance of the hadiths contained in it, since it is what the Islamic nation agreed on its validity except for some hadiths, and the research problem lies in the fact that the Moallaq – suspended- "without Serial of narrators" hadiths that fell from the beginning Its attribution is one or more narrators contained in Sahih Muslim, which is not covered by the description of the Sahih one.

It is appropriate for these hadiths to be studied, and to be singled out in an independent research, the research which shall explain the concept of Moallaq-suspended-"without Serial of narrators" Hadith and some of its provisions, and to collect the Moallaq-suspended- "without Serial of narrators" Hdiths mentioned in Muslim and knowing its number, and to know if they are mentioned with other narrators in Sahih Muslim or outside it.

The researcher has concluded that the number of Moallaq-suspended- "without Serial of narrators" Hadiths contained in the Sahih Muslim are six Hadiths only, all of which may be connected by Muslim in his Saheeh except for only one, which is connected in Sahih Bukhari.
