The study used the descriptive survey method; utilizing the observation card as a study tool that represents learning and creativity skills in light of the twenty-first century requirements.

It includes three sub-axes; the critical thinking and problem-solving axis, the axis of communication and cooperation, and the axis of innovation and creativity.

It consists of (14) teaching practices and a random sample of (36) mathematics teachers.
