Abstract EN

The current research aims to identify (the difficulties of teaching statistics in the Faculty of Basic Education From the point of view of teaching the material).

The researcher used the descriptive approach to achieve the research objectives, which is one of the scientific research methods.

The researcher applied to a number of procedures, including identifying the original society of the study and (12) of the university teachers in the departments of the Faculty of Basic Education.

University of Mustansiriya, The researcher used the questionnaire to achieve the objectives of the research.

The researcher adopted the open questionnaire presented to a survey sample of the 6 teachers.

After sorting the answers and excluding the similar ones and after reading the literature, the researcher reached the formulation of the questionnaire.

The researcher studied a number of experts to calculate their validity and stability and then applied them to the basic sample (12) teaching and teaching.

The results were statistically treated using the weighted average equation and the percentage balance.

And the increase of hours devoted to teaching statistics.

The researcher suggested a number of proposals, including a similar study for the current study, dealing with the difficulties of teaching statistics in the basic education school from the point of view of students and conducting an evaluation study for the performance of teaching statistics in light of the skills required to teach in basic education faculties.
