The illiteracy problem is one of the most dangerous problems and obstacles that stand in the way of the renaissance in Iraq and the development process is stalled due to the exceptional circumstances that passed and going through in Iraq and the wars and occupation and the fierce attack of terrorism.
5 Iraqi society, which is a high percentage, and the world is developing in the concept of literacy to include illiteracy in the field of information and advanced technologies, and most Islamic countries still do not exceed literacy literacy.
This hinders and deepens the gap that already exists between the industrialized and scientifically advanced countries and the developing countries.
