Human resource governance represents a contemporary strategic trend for many organizations that suffer from many problems related to the performance of human resources and their ethics at work.
The aim of the research is to find out whether the application of human resources governance principles in the researched organization leads to reducing cases of administrative corruption.
Are the principles of human resources governance available in the organization researched to reduce cases of administrative corruption? The research community was represented by (100) members of the employees working in the National Card Department Abu Ghraib - Baghdad.
A random sample was chosen (intentionally) by (80) individuals to properly represent the research community.
(75) Questionnaires were suitable for analysis, and statistical methods were used.
Appropriateness, depending on the data analysis program (SPSS).
The research reached the reality of the availability of some principles of human resource governance in the researched organization.
As well as that there is an effect of some principles of human resources governance in the researched organization to reduce administrative corruption.
While there are many of them that have no effect and this it applies with the reality in the field, and therefore the research presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which was the concern for other principles of human resource governance, which are no less important than the influencing principles.
