In recent times, Islam in general, and Muslims in particular, have witnessed a serious crisis that threatened the Islamic fabric among Muslims.
This crisis represented exaggeration and extremism in religion among a large segment of Muslim youth in Arab and Islamic countries, in addition to foreign countries inhabited by Muslims as minorities and expatriates.
And that this exaggeration did not happen from a vacuum, and it did not arise haphazardly, but rather has its causes and causes.
As education is one of the most important entrances to intellectual reform by spreading science as a lever for the development and formation of human resources.
Hence, educational institutions have a responsibility to educate generations on concepts of moderation in theory and practice.
Therefore, the researchers sought through this study to identify the role of religious schools in the face of Hyperbole and extremism by reviewing this scourge and how to confront it.
