This study aimed to identify the elements of job satisfaction represented by (the nature of the work itself, promotions, salary, supervisors, colleagues in the work) and its effect on the conflict between the members of the group in all its types represented by (task conflict relationship conflict, process conflict), in the Jordanian Engineers Association In order to achieve the goals of the study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach as a causal study and many statistical methods were used using the Statistical Analysis Program for Social and Human Sciences (SPSS V.22) through repetitions and percentages, mathematical averages and standard deviations, and tests (t), And the analysis of multiple and simple regression, the study population consisted of all the employees in the Jordanian Engineers Syndicate and they numbered (320) employees, and a simple random sample was selected (175) employees subjected to the analysis of (150) questionnaires with a response rate of (85.7%), and the study concluded that there was an effect Statistical significance of job satisfaction in terms of its combined dimensions in the conflict between members of the group in terms of its combined dimensions and the study also found that the presence of a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) for job satisfaction in its dimensions (The nature of the work itself promotions, salary, supervisors, and coworkers) on the conflict between members of the group in all its types combined (mission conflict, relationship conflict, process conflict) in the Jordanian Engineers Association.
The study recommended that the presidents should reconsider the mechanism by recognizing and appreciating what the members are doing, listening to their proposals and giving them greater freedom to experiment and adopt new methods of work, and developing creative ideas to a successful innovation to achieve reducing conflict, finding justice in Distributing work duties among workers to achieve satisfaction and reduce Intragroup conflict in the Jordanian Engineers Association.
