Abstract EN

The present research aims to identify the level of administrative creativity, educational leadership, and organizational culture level, as well as the relationship between them among a sample of secondary school principals for the academic year 2019/2020, in the light of some variables (sex, duration of service).

Organizational culture, and the use of a ready tool to measure the level of educational leadership and measurement of administrative creativity, and after extracting honesty and consistency of the three variables, the researcher applied the measurements on a random sample of high school principals (66) principals, and for the purpose of statistical processing data Pearson correlation and T-test for one sample and two independent samples and mono-variance analysis.

The results showed: There is a good level of administrative creativity, educational.

Leadership and organizational culture among secondary school principals, as well as a positive correlation between administrative creativity and educational leadership and organizational culture.

The research came out with many recommendations and suggestions.
