The current research aims to identify the most important implications of adopting dual-oriented human resource management systems by organizations in supporting and enhancing the ability of knowledge brokers to implement their roles, by focusing on two important aspects in human resource management, which are their well-being and achievements, and four main roles for knowledge brokers, namely (Communication, coordination, support of decisions and strategic plans).

The research problem indicated a decrease in the cognitive perception of the organization in the field of application of the nature of the relationship between the studied variables and the most important mechanisms that can be adopted to invest its results, so the importance of the research appears in the researcher's attempt to review some previous references to formulate foundations and standards that can address this problem or reduce its effects.

Or the objectives of the research, they are represented by diagnosing the reality of the studied variables and the nature of the relationship between them.

In order to achieve these goals, the descriptive approach was adopted to match it with these goals, as the questionnaire was used to collect data, which was prepared according to ready-made criteria and indicators, adapted to suit the Iraqi environment, and which was distributed to a sample of (37) individuals working in the Rasheed Bank / Sabaa Branch.

The researcher relied on some statistical tools available within the (SPSS-V21) program in processing this data, which resulted in several results that confirmed the validity of the research hypotheses in the existence of correlations and moral influence between the variables studied, so the researcher recommended the need to pay attention to the application of dual systems for resource management Humanity for being the engine of all the organization's resources, which is advanced by the knowledge circulating inside and outside it by the knowledge brokers.
