The Relation of the Utilitarian Thinking to the Social Confrontation of Middle School TeachersThe current research aims at identifying the utilitarian thinking and its relationship to the social confrontation among middle school teachers.

To achieve the goals of this research, the researcher adopted the utilitarian thinking test and social confrontation.

The researcher obtains their verification and stability, and then they were applied to a sample consisting of (60) male and female teachers chosen from the Baghdad Directorate of Education, the) 931Second Rusafa Education area randomly.

Analyzing and statistically processing the data results have shown that middle school teachers are characterized by utilitarian thinking; have the ability to co
