Abstract EN

The current research focuses on the possibility of applying the quality system in educational institutions, in order to achieve distinction and to continuously improve institutional performance and to meet the objectives of common stakeholders to meet the demand of the labor market and community service.

The current research adopted the descriptive and analytical method and aimed to measure the availability of quality system components in educational institutions from the point of view of teaching staff of Al-Kut University College.

The research tool is a questionnaire and has identified six key areas of input, processes, outputs, feedback, environment and challenges.

The research sample was made up of teaching staff of the research organization.

The Statistical Package of the Social Science (SPSS) was used to view and analyze research results.

The most important conclusions of the research: There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the research sample responses towards the possibility of implementing the quality system Attributed to the variables of the level of education and the length of service.

The most important recommendations: Enriching the quality of the components of the educational process in its dimensions (cognitive - skill - emotional) to
