The research has highlighted the importance of reconsidering the initial sources and studying them carefully to clarify the information they provided in the civilization field along with other fields.

The importance of this study stems from the fact that it achieves an understanding of the general developments in the Islamic state.

As an example of the interest of historians in the period of formation and subsequent periods, this research came to study what Yacoubi wrote in his book on economic history .

It shows that Jacobi's interest in the economic aspects is due to the fact that he wanted to track the evolution of the procedures that took place on the Kharaj* over the period covered by his history to the year 259 Hijri, in addition to the submission of important lists showing the value of Kharaj in the states of the Islamic state in the era of Jacobi.
