Abstract EN

This study aimed at identifying behavioral problems reality among high school students in Irbid governorate from the point of view of those responsible for educational process, and in order to achieve the objective of this study, the researchers used the descriptive approach, by developing a questionnaire to collect data from the sample that consisted of (386) educators form Irbid education directorates in Irbid governorate, the results revealed that the level of behavioral problems among high school students came medium with a mean of (3.54) , with educational problems at the first rank followed by religious and moral problems and lastly came psychological and social problems from the point of view of those responsible for educational process (managers, teachers, guides), the results also showed no statistically significant differences due to the variables (scientific qualification, years of experience) on the whole scale for behavioral problems, and the existence of statistically significant differences due to the variable (gender) and in favor of males, the results also revealed the existence of statistically significant differences (α = 0.05) due to the variable Job Description between manager and teacher and in favor of manager, and between guide and teacher and in favor of guide.

In the light of study results, the researchers recommend that school administration and teachers should work on a treatment plan to deal with behavioral problems among high school students .
